Is it free? Are there ads?

Free to download, with no ads. Scoring, basic stats, and lock-screen Live Activity are always free. Pro adds the GPS rangefinder, Break X strategy, handicap tracking, advanced stats, and more.

Will my home course be in there?

You're not limited to famous courses, search for your local course and start scoring. GPS distances and Break X strategy cover 11,000+ courses and counting.

Do I need a special sensor, ball, or rangefinder?

No extra hardware. ParPath uses your iPhone's GPS to show your distance to the green, and you log scores with a tap, no club sensors, no ball trackers.

How is this different from a GPS app or rangefinder?

A basic rangefinder gives you one number. ParPath gives you a plays-like distance that adjusts for wind, elevation, temperature, altitude, and your lie, plus a personalized plan for every hole: a target score and an attack, manage, or survive call. You know how to play the shot, not just how far it is.

Won't I be glued to my phone all round?

No. ParPath is built to be fast and easy: scoring takes a tap or two, and your plan and distance sit on one screen. It's designed to keep your head in your round and the view in front of you, not buried in your phone.

Will it slow me down or hold up the group behind me?

No. You set your target and hole-by-hole plan before you tee off, so there's nothing to configure on the course. Logging a score is one tap, and your plan and GPS distance share a screen, so you spend less time fiddling than you would with a paper card.
